Hey Jessie,

Have you heard anything about the 3rd course being approved and when we can sign-up? I see there's something on CTERN, but nothing referencing a specific time frame or date.

Thank you for a very informative two week course! Being a newcomer to work based learning this year, it was especially informative for me. Getting to know people from other nearby counties that may have similar issues will be very beneficial in the future. I look forward to seeing everyone at GACTE.

Jessie, I definitely confirm all of the positive comments that have been posted already relative to the WBL Coordinator's Training Workshop this summer. It was challenging as well as fulfilling, and I most appreciate that you provided such an extensive number of resources, including the side links here, for use next year and beyond. The interactions with other coordinators was very helpful too because we got to hear about real situations and helpful discussions about solutions. Thank you for taking on this innovative curriculum and for stretching us to reach a bit farther than we might have before the classes. You've got my vote to teach Course #3 in our area!

Jessie, thanks so much for working to provide us with the tools we need to better our programs. I learned so much that I can take back and apply at my school. This whole blogging thing is new to me, but I can see how we can really support each other through it. Thanks for providing all the links also.

Helpful Workshop

I have to admit that I was one of the ones who really did not want to attend this workshop, but in the end I was glad that I did. I did learn quite a few new things and also lots of things that I need to prepare to do next year.
I hope my adminisrtators will get on board with this new model and support the change. I look forward to working with Rhonda to build the entire program.
All in all a worthwile experience for me and I'm sure most everyone involved.

I really enjoyed the workshop. It was very intense but very beneficial. I really enjoyed getting an opportunity to talk with other coordinators to share and exchange information on what works for each of us. Jessie, you were excellent.

The WBL Training was EXCELLENT! Thank you, Jessie, for a job well done! I learned so much about practices that I will do differently (or better) than I did last school year.
